Hello, It's back to school time for some, and back to work for this mom. As we get our Fall routine rollin', I hope this finds everyone well. We have lots going on this month. Here's the latest: News: I recently had the priviledge of collaborating with SENSE Theatre's Blythe Corbett on a few songs for "Earworms", her new one act play. The songs will be performed by Abby Easton and Kerrick Coble. The play will be presented at University School of Nashville's 2nd Annual New Play Festival on September 15th (5:00 pm), 16th & 17th (7:00 pm) along with six other one act plays written by USN student playwrights. All plays are under the direction of Catherine Coke. Tickets are $5.00 at the door. USAGEM nominations for 2011 Acoustic Singer/Songwriter of The Year are as follows: Ann Hartmann, Daniel Johnson, Glenn Tubb, Tammy Vice, and Jimmy Jack Whitaker. Thanks: Whether we lose it or save it, divide it wisely or waste it, we can all agree that TIME is a precious commodity. For a child who has a developmental disability, and challenges with communication & social skills, TIME with a peer can be a precious gift. Classmates grow up and move on with the rest of the busy world, often leaving them behind.

I'd like to send out a special thank you to Sarah Elizabeth for taking the time and thought to invite Morgan to a movie, spending a little buddy time with her. Morgan really enjoyed it, and she is already "tuning up" for The Lion King this month. Sarah, you are a rare gem in the blessing box.
